This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit streambridge3d.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and which cookies we set. We aim to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the EU ePrivacy Directive.

1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Wirewolf Design You can contact us at wirewolfdesign.studio@gmail.com for any questions about this policy or to exercise your data-protection rights.

2. Personal data we process

This is a pre-launch landing page. We collect only the data we need to keep you informed and to respond to you:

  • Email address — if you submit the "Get notified at launch" form, your email is sent to our email-marketing provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), so we can email you when StreamBridge launches and send occasional product updates. Submitting the form constitutes your consent to this processing.
  • Browsing data — when you load this site, your browser sends standard request information (IP address, user-agent string, referring page, requested URL, timestamp). This is processed by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
  • Consent record — if you make a choice in the cookie banner, that choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so we don't ask you again on every page load.
  • Contact data — if you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. This pre-launch page does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising. The only client-side storage we use is one entry in localStorage to remember your cookie consent choice.

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function, and do not require consent under EU law.

NamePurposeStorageDuration
sb_cookie_consent Remembers your cookie consent choice so the banner is not shown on every page load. localStorage Until you clear it or change your preferences

Optional

None at this time. We will update this section before introducing any optional cookies (for example, anonymous usage analytics or embedded videos) and ask for your consent first.

4. Third-party services

Parts of this site rely on third-party services whose own privacy policies apply.

  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — our email-marketing platform. When you submit the notify-me form, your email address is sent to Kit and stored there to deliver the launch announcement and product updates. See Kit's Privacy Policy. Kit is a US-based company; transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Kit's Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Discord — if you click the Discord invite link and join the server, Discord receives your visit and any account data you've authorised it to share. See Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting provider — serves this website and keeps standard server logs.

5. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for sending you launch and product-update emails after you submit the notify form, and for any optional cookies we introduce later.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for keeping the website online, secure, and free from abuse, and for responding to messages you send us.

6. Data retention

  • Email address — retained in Kit while you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email we send; that removes you from the list.
  • Server logs — typically retained for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Email correspondence — retained for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
  • Consent record (sb_cookie_consent) — stored on your device until you clear it.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, where applicable.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To withdraw consent for marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email wirewolfdesign.studio@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we launch the product, add analytics, or change email-marketing provider. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.

9. Contact
